Lecture 3 has been updated since first posted
Lecture 4 has been updated since first posted
Lecture 5 has been updated since first posted. There will most likely
be one more update to it. The Lecture includes the solution to
the first homework problem.
Lecture 6 is a draft, additional material has been added since first posted,
but it still needs to be cleaned up. Includes solution to
second problem
Lecture 7 The error with the indices in class has to do with equation 24
having been written backwards. This lecture has been updated,
along with a similar error in lecture 5.
Lecture 8 Now final.
Lecture 11 has missing figures and some typos, Should be corrected
in the near future.
Lecture 14 is still missing figures, and there are numerous grammatical errors
Lecture 15 has some typos, plus a few statements that are inaccurate
