INITIAL TESTS PERFORMED ON THE FLEX


The Test Structures on the V4.1 & V4.2 flex,1 mm &100 um traces are measured
 for the resistance.The resistance of the viaspresent on the  test structures is also
 calculated.

Resistance of 1 mm ,100 um traces and Vias of V4.1 flex

  • Trace Width and Thickness measurements of the Flex.


    The widths of the traces are on the corner FE pads are measured.The dimensions of
the active area on the flex and the thickness of the flex is also measured.
