The Lunar Sooners agree to compensate the above named member for time spent performing the duties of a Lunar Sooners member at the above named event, for the duration indicated by the start and end times listed above.  Again, start and end times are the beginning and end of the actual event and do not include time for set up or take down.

By signing below, the LS Treasurer and LS member agree that astronomy outreach was done for the amount of time listed above and that he/she will be compensated for that time.

Additional Compensation:

The Lunar Sooners Foundation agrees to reimburse the above named member for costs associated with attending the above named event. These costs may include:
    * Mileage (if a personal vehicle was used to travel to/from the event)
    * Lodging
    * Equipment (batteries, other incidental costs associated with star party)
    * Other (tolls, parking, local transportation, etc.)

In order to recieve compensation, receipts must be presented for all claimed costs.
