Astronomy Journal Club - Fall 2020
The astronomy journal club is a weekly meeting of astronomers to discuss papers and our own research (12:30-1:20PM, Friday, NH103). In addition, it serves multiple functions for our astro students, including expanding knowledge base, fostering critical thinking, and improving presentation skills. Reading the paper beforehand is generally the best way to utilize the time spent in the journal club.
