Dear colleague,

 

I am writing this to remind you of your informal committment to write an article for a Festschrift issue of Journal of Physical Chemistry for Richard Bersohn.  The window for submission is between December 15th 2003 and February 15th 2004.

 

Please pay attention to the following guidelines when making your contribution:

 

  1. Contributions have to be new and unpublished material (definitely no reviews).  It will be submitted and reviewed in the regular manner by JPC editors without any indication by us or in the manuscript about the special issue. No mention of the Festfricht should be given in the manuscript, only on the cover letter.   If an indication is given in the manuscript, it will be returned to the author to correct.

 

  1. Authors should submit their contributions directly to  Timothy S. Zwier (the designated Journal of Physical Chemistry A editor) and indicate in the cover letter the name of the special issue.  The author could recommend the names of 3 objective, appropriate reviewers, who are active in the field (and thus their names will be in the reference section).  It is fine to  contribute using the Paragon system.

 

  1. The deadline of the submission date (February 15th) will be strictly enforced
