HANCOCK in 1807 in Wilkes County Georgia. Robert died after 1850, probably in 
Talbot Co GA. P114 is descended from Joel PARKER, born 1817 in South Carolina, 
died 1902 in Bainbridge GA. Joel married Elizabeth FRANKLIN.
