State of Tennessee Land Grants - Middle Tennessee, Book 6, p. 7, Grant 13092 ..by virtue of Entry No. 841 dated the 19th day of October 1831 made in the Entry takers office of Williamson County...there is granted by the said State of Tennessee unto Timothy W. Parker a certain tract or parcel of land containing four hundred acres by survey bearing date the 30th day of July 1834 lying in said county, on the waters of Cany Fork of South Harpeth and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at a poplar white oak and Spanish oak Perry’s[?] southeast corner on Spear’s[?] line running south with said lien one hundred and seventy nine poles to a dogwood and hickory Searcy[?] D. Sharpe’s northeast corner thence west with said line three hundred and
fifty-eight poles to a poplar and black gum thence north one hundred and seventy nine poles to a black oak thence east with Terry’s{? Perry’s?] line three hundred and fifty eight poles to the
beginning...to said Timothy W. Parker and his heirs forever. In Witness thereof, William Carrol, Governor...set his hand...25th day of September...1835... [signed] Wm. Carrol, Governor [signed] Daniel Graham, Secretary Recorded 25th September 1835

In 1881 Dewitt Clinton Parker filed a petition in Williamson County Court (TN) for the land stated above to be sold and the proceeds to be distributed to the heirs of Timothy W. Parker. I have copies of this document if you need it.

I do not have any other information on Timothy's wife Ann.
