These are useful HTML links I've found on the Web.

The most useful links follow:

• HTML 4.0 Reference Specification - by Dave Raggett. This is the standard produced by the W3C committee.
• CSS2 - Cascading Style Sheets
• CSS2 property table - good for overview of properties and their inheritability

Other stuff - some old

• HTML 5 Reference Specification - still in progress
• State of Oklahoma Accessibility information
• Introduction to HTML documentation - well organized and follows the standards
• The Bare Bones Guide to HTML - A short HTML guide
• Viewable with Any Browser - A Campaign for a Non-Browser Specific WWW (encourages us to write portable HTML and has many good pointers on how)
• Bobby - Bobby is a free service provided by CAST to help Web page authors identify and repair significant barriers to access by individuals with disabilities.
• HTML Goodies - somewhat irreverent introduction to HTML (doesn't follow the standards, apparently only cares about what happens to work in current browsers with an emphasis on Microsoft's Internet Explorer, uses non-standard terminology) - in spite of all this, it may be of some use.
• HTML from w3.org - here is the place to find the latest in HTML standards activity.
• HTML 3.2 Reference Specification report by Dave Raggett. This is now outdated unless you want to produce pages that can also be read by very old browsers.
• Javascript information
• the Mozilla DOM (document object model - interface used by Javascript to write HTML)
• Thomas Boutell's WWW FAQs
• The LaTeX2HTML Translator - we have it, but this is useful for checking on updates or reading documentation.
• TeX on the Web info - we don't have this (but I intend to look into it more someday...)
