and repair significant barriers to access by individuals with

somewhat irreverent introduction to HTML (doesn't follow the
standards, apparently only cares about what happens to work in
current browsers with an emphasis on Microsoft's Internet
Explorer, uses non-standard terminology) - in spite of all
this, it may be of some use.
