The red markers indicate the places in France, the blue markers indicate the places in Germany before the end of the war and the green markers indicate places after the end of the war. The locations are approximate and may not match exactly at high zoom levels. They are taken from a web site giving latitude and longitude for European cities.
The letters on the markers increase with the date of the location. The connecting lines are simply direct and do not intend to match whatever actual route was taken. Use the zoom controls to see more or less detail. Click on a marker for more information.
