A student enrolled in Astr 1504 would send an email with the subject line

A student enrolled in Astr 1514 would send an email with the subject line
Subject: Doe, Jane Astr 1514 bio

In the body of the email itself, copy the following list of questions and put in your answers after each one (cut and paste them into your email program).


1. full name (first, middle initial, and last)
2. nickname (what do you like people to call you? Maybe just your first name.)
3. OUID
4. email address
5. telephone (where do I call if you are late for the final exam?)
6. year (Freshman? Senior?).
7. major (or best guess)
8. date that you added this course. (Put Jan 20 if you were in from the start.)
9. most advanced physics you have studied (if any), e.g. "high school physics"
10. astronomy subject you are most interested in learning about in this course.
11. Why are you taking this course? (e.g.: fits your schedule conveniently; heard it was good; curious about astronomy, another gened course was full)
12. Tell me about yourself: What do you do when not studying? Do you play a musical instrument? Like any sports? Play on a team? Join any clubs? Volunteer? Ambitions? Anything interesting about yourself that you are willing to share.
