I am in my final year of graduate school and I spend most of my time writing, analyzing data, reading papers, doing outreach, and traveling for observing runs or conferences.

With my courses and qualifying exams behind me, I am relieved to have the time to focus on research. The best part about this time in graduate school is learning to think about and frame questions that don’t have answers yet. For the first time, I get to experience the excitement of discovery that drew me to science in the first place.
