To ensure that the conference does not fall behind schedule, all
electronic presentations (ie. adobe pdf, powerpoint, etc.) will be run
from our computers at the site. There will be a computer running Windows
and another running a Mac OS.
To ensure that your presentation functions properly at the site, we
request that you email us your presentation to
The adobe pdf format is the most portable of formats. We recommend that you convert your presentation to pdf, if possible. If you should be unable to send your talk ahead of your arrival, please bring the talk on a USB memory stick so that we may easily put the file on our computer and test it before your presentation. Slides of presentations are available within a day of delivery by clicking the links associated with the talk title. | |||

Open-access internet is provided throughout the OU campus on the free public WIFI network "ANY". In addition, both ethernet and power ports are available at each seat in the lecture halls. |
