Request for Information to be Mailed
Note: this is not actually an application! It is a request for information and/or application materials to be sent to you via mail. If your browser does not support forms, simply contact us at the addresses below.
Once your request is received, information will be mailed to you as soon as it is available. For example, information about graduate study for Fall of any year will be mailed beginning in July of the previous year. Information about the undergraduate NSF-REU research program for any summer will be mailed beginning in January of that year. (Mailing will be as rapid as possible if an application deadline is approaching.) Please include your email address and/or phone numbers if possible, so that we may contact you if any clarification is needed.
Please fill out this form to receive information and application materials for Undergraduate Study, Graduate Study, or our NSF sponsored Summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program. Additional information is available from our on-line Graduate Research Brochure, Graduate Study Handbook or Undergraduate Study Handbook. We also have a guide to current areas of research, course descriptions for both Physics and Astronomy, and an REU homepage.
