Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) to Norman

     Airport Express vans (blue with yellow writing) provide transportation from WRW(OKC) airport to Norman. The rates to Embassy Suites in Norman are $38 for 1 passenger, $20 for 2 passengers, and $14 for 3 or more passengers. Please visit www.airportexpress.okc.com for more and up-to-date information.

Embassy Suites to conference locations

    Transportation will be arranged from the hotel to the conference sites on Friday (Stephenson Center) and Saturday (Nielsen Hall, Physics Dept.) starting at 8:00am. Please be in the lobby between 8:00 and 8:15. If you have a car, and space available, please offer rides to other participants. We will have two 7-passenger vans available. On Thursday, if you are attending the pre-conference dinner, we will also provide transportation to Legends restaurant. Again, we will ask assistance from those of you with cars. Maps will be provided. Similar arrangements will be made for the post-conference dinner on Saturday, at Sushi Neko in Oklahoma City.
