Our Department is located in Nielsen Hall and has its own subnet (called the Nielsen Hall Network, or NHN) of the campus network. Most faculty have Unix workstations in their offices which act as a shared resource to all the department. There is a lab of twelve Dell Red Hat Enterprise workstations available to grad students. Including this lab we have about 50 Unix workstations. Other resources in our building include a 32-node Apple cluster, a set of 35 cpus running Grid software for the OUHEP group, networked printers and the PC lab for the College of Arts and Sciences.
We also have access to the univerity's Supercomputing Center for Education & Research for large-scale computing.
